Joni Swedlund

Joni Swedlund retired from her corporate career to start her own business.  Her past 26 years as a female executive and partner with Deloitte fueled her passion to see more empowered women and girls in leadership positions which led to her founding the Inner Rock Group.  She also has a passion for writing including children's stories, spiritual fiction, leadership and business-related development programs and materials, and original songs.  Joni loves meditating, being in nature, laughing and being silly with her girls, and playing with her puppy, Jackson.  Joni is a member of the National Speakers Association and a member of the 2020 Speaker Academy, the Virginia Writer's Club, and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).  Joni lives in the Washington, DC area with her two daughters and puppy.
